Great work again from the organisers/ Strathaven Roundtable with this year’s Strathaven Beer Festival. It was a fantastic day and I was delighted to catch up with local suppliers McLeans Gin and the Jackton Distillary alongside those brewers in attendance from a bit further afield.
It was a privilege to meet with NHS Staff to support mental health in the NHS workplace before recess with the All Party Psychology Group. I was shocked to find out that many staff wellbeing hubs have had funding stopped within NHS England and have written to the Health Secretary about how vital this remains.
Great to visit Kirktonholme pitches this week to see the revamp of the building and to present them with a donation for their ongoing work. #eastkilbride
